Staff Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead global financial planning, forecasting, and long-term planning (LTP) for the HPC Engineering Organization.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the Engineering Executive Leadership team, translating technical complexity into actionable financial insights.
• Own and manage the consolidated financial model to ensure alignment between strategy and operational execution.
• Establish and monitor organization-wide KPIs to assess financial and operational performance.
• Deliver monthly reporting packages highlighting budget variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide financial modeling and valuation analysis to support major capital investment decisions and capital allocation.
• Drive the implementation and standardization of corporate policies and procedures across the global Engineering organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a senior FP&A or finance leadership role.
• Experience in product-based semiconductor businesses, manufacturing, or technology-driven environments.
• Hands-on experience with cost modeling, investment decisions, or business case evaluation.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS.
• Proficiency with enterprise ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, or CFA certification.
• Experience operating in high-performing teams within dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.
• Proven ability to design and improve end-to-end business processes.
