About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director for Student Accessibility & Well Being, including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Monitor and assist in the development of multiple operating budgets, including researching discrepancies and forecasting future needs
- Manage project management tasks and implement various departmental projects
- Create accessible documents in compliance with Section 508 and/or WCAG standards
- Act as a liaison between the Executive Director and students, staff, faculty, and external vendors
- Provide administrative support to related offices including Counseling, CARE Case Management, and Student Accessibility Services
- Handle confidential information and maintain supply inventories for multiple work units
Requirements
- Associate's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 5 years of related work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with research, organizing resources, and establishing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Prior administrative support experience in a community college setting
- Hands-on knowledge of Workday
