Staff Enterprise Product Manager, Core Finance

Responsibilities

• Support finance systems for period close activities and automate accounting processes using cutting-edge technology
• Act as a liaison between Finance business stakeholders and developers to translate needs into functional specifications
• Drive industry best practices for Workday Finance business users and provide input into the IT Roadmap
• Design and implement enterprise IT projects within the Workday ecosystem and custom application environments
• Manage the change process for all new platform changes and organize scrum ceremonies using agile methodology
• Lead quality assurance by defining testing strategies and coordinating UAT, regression, and post-sprint testing
• Use AI tools to create wireframes, functional specifications, use cases, and test automations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Finance Implementations or Operations as a Business Systems Analyst
• Proven experience working with Workday Finance modules or other ERP systems
• Experience building custom applications and integrating 3rd party applications with ERPs
• Strong proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or Co-pilot
• Solid understanding of accounting concepts, principles, and databases (SQL, Python)
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
