Staff Enterprise AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect the Intelligence & Integration Layers for the Enterprise AI Platform
• Design and build a scalable Agentic Orchestration Platform using LangChain, LangGraph, or custom frameworks
• Implement the Integration Layer to connect AI agents to internal APIs like Workday, Snowflake, and SAP
• Architect memory stores using Vector DBs like Pinecone or Weaviate
• Partner with Security leadership to implement Identity Propagation and OAuth scopes
• Build Data Clean Rooms and PII masking pipelines
• Deploy EvalOps pipelines to test models for hallucination and regression
• Define engineering standards, templates, and libraries for low-code AI usage
• Perform code reviews to ensure high performance, low latency, and cost efficiency
• Optimize inference costs via Semantic Caching and routing logic
• Manage ephemeral compute resources for AI workloads using Kubernetes (EKS)

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years focused on MLOps, LLM Orchestration, or Large Scale Distributed Systems
• Deep fluency in Python and Go
• Proven experience deploying RAG and Agentic Workflows in production
• Experience with frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel
• Strong background in Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and Terraform
• Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, RBAC, and zero-trust networking
• Ability to explain complex technical trade-offs to executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Background in FinOps for managing GPU/Cloud spend
• Experience navigating highly regulated environments like HIPAA or SOX
