Staff Engineer Unit Process Development/Engineering

Responsibilities

• Oversee machine programming, operation, and installation within an advanced cleanroom environment
• Support and update manufacturing processes with a focus on affordability and efficiency
• Monitor daily line yield, scrap rates, and equipment utilization
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions for process deviations
• Support the factory maintenance team with troubleshooting and repair of process equipment
• Opportunity to expand expertise into other backend processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing environments
• Proven experience with SMT soldering processes
• Proficiency in quality techniques such as 8D, FMEA, 5S, Pareto, and Lean
• Native-level Hungarian and intermediate English communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with camera systems or AOI (Automated Optical Inspection)
• Knowledge of PLC, pneumatic systems, and robotic solutions
