Staff Engineer, Test Engineering – Product Development

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced ATE hardware and software solutions for silicon validation, characterization, yield analysis, and manufacturing release
• Support DFT and BIST initiatives to improve testability and reduce manufacturing costs
• Lead new product test development projects and ensure all technical milestones are met
• Drive innovation by recommending practical solutions to complex technical challenges
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Evaluation, and Applications groups
• Coach and mentor engineers to build technical capability and improve team performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in ECE, EE, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• At least 7 years of experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry, specifically in product development
• Strong expertise in automated test platforms such as Teradyne Flex and NI
• Proficiency in C/C++, Visual Basic, LabVIEW, and Python
• Experience with schematic and layout tools such as Cadence Allegro
• Hands-on experience with bench equipment including oscilloscopes, DVMs, and programmable units
• Skilled in statistical analysis and related tools
• Proven ability to debug complex measurement solutions
