About the role
Responsibilities
- Own all aspects of supplier quality and reliability for Electrical Components
- Manage supplier readiness in support of new product development
- Audit supplier QMA and manufacturing processes
- Drive supplier resolution of device failures via the 8D method
- Conduct supplier audits and process assessments to ensure compliance
- Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for supplier quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials) or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Management
- Knowledge of quality tools like FMEA, SPC, 8D, and CAPA
- Proficiency with quality and statistical analysis software
- ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certification required
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor, storage, or electronics manufacturing
- Lead Auditor qualification
- Experience with ASIC, PMIC, and memory devices
- Familiarity with Power BI
