Staff Engineer - STA/Synthesis

Responsibilities

• Perform Static Timing Analysis (STA) for DRAM at the block, top, and cell levels
• Write and analyze timing constraints and STA reports
• Manage timing closure by reporting violations to the design team and taking ownership of resolution
• Conduct parasitic modeling to assist in design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions
• Perform verification processes using industry-standard modeling and simulation tools
• Execute standard cell characterization, including writing ARC using PrimeLib or Silicon Smart
• Drive innovation for future memory generations and contribute to cross-group standardization

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of relevant engineering experience
• Deep expertise in Static Timing Analysis (STA) and writing constraints
• Strong understanding of circuit design at both block and full-chip levels
• Experience with parasitic modeling and standard cell characterization
• Proficiency in using industry-standard simulators
• Must possess strong AI skills and understanding
