Staff Engineer

We provide marketing software, website development, e-commerce, reservations, online ordering, digital loyalty, review management, and both retail and restaurant point-of-sale (POS) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and support high availability, real-time systems for payment processing services
• Take full ownership of projects and work independently with minimal direction
• Identify blind spots, anticipate technical challenges, and prioritize work effectively
• Contribute to the architecture and engineering of world-class payment processing solutions

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software engineering and architecture
• Experience with modern programming languages
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant experience from IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS, or MNIT
• 8+ years of product-focused work experience
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python (Django / FastAPI)
• Experience with JavaScript / NestJS
• Experience with RDBMS (Postgres)
