Staff Engineer, Scribe Design Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical interface to customers and partners throughout the design cycle
• Translate design requests into clear, single-source documentation for build execution
• Ensure scribe designs meet all requirements, standards, and schedules
• Coordinate resourcing and execution across scribe design functional teams
• Partner with Mask Technology and Tapeout teams to ensure smooth data handoffs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience in circuit design, layout, or verification
• Proficiency in Cadence and Calibre for layout, DRC, and LVS
• Experience managing multiple layout projects through full quality checks
• Experience with mask procurement and wafer fabrication process flow

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of test structure design and parasitic impact on measurements
• Familiarity with device characterization and test efficiency tradeoffs
• Experience supporting test chip, alpha, or derivative programs
• Flexibility to work with global teams across different time zones
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
