Staff Engineer, Product Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and support next-generation secure products using Trusted Edge Security Architecture solutions
• Autonomously develop assigned projects and manage releases for customer issues
• Provide level 2 customer support and troubleshoot technical problems alongside field personnel
• Develop sample code, SDKs, evaluation boards, and product demonstrations
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing evaluation kit solutions
• Write technical documentation including application notes, blogs, and technical articles
• Analyze customer requirements to propose ad hoc solutions and inform the product roadmap

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of industry experience
• Hands-on experience in embedded software development using C language
• Familiarity with digital communication interfaces
• Experience using lab equipment for debug, analysis, and characterization
• Fluency in both English and Turkish
• Ability to travel internationally within the EMEA region

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in cybersecurity concepts including TLS, PKI, x.509 certificates, and applied cryptography
• Knowledge of IoT security concepts and threats/mitigations on embedded systems
• Understanding of communication protocol stacks such as TCP/IP, WiFi, Bluetooth, or LoRa
• Hands-on experience with embedded crypto libraries like mbedTLS
• Familiarity with security standards in industrial, medical, or energy sectors
