Staff Engineer, Product Quality

Responsibilities

• Oversee product quality from PRD creation through production handover and sustaining phases
• Define and review product quality criteria and milestones to ensure conformance to plans
• Perform quality risk assessments on internal and external JIRAs to identify vulnerabilities
• Drive alignment among cross-functional teams regarding quality standards and objectives
• Develop and execute mitigation strategies using risk management frameworks like FMEA
• Conduct post-mortem reviews and lessons learned analyses on quality challenges
• Facilitate cross-site and cross-team collaboration to implement actionable improvements
• Apply data analytics and evidence-based methodologies to support objective decision-making
• Identify and address process inefficiencies across the Product Life Cycle (PLC)

Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• 6-8 years of professional experience in semiconductor engineering, design, or manufacturing quality
• Thorough understanding of the Product Life Cycle and process-gap identification
• Expertise in risk management frameworks and quality assessment

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to factory processes
