Staff Engineer, Product Line Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the Audio Amplifier product line to drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and market share in the consumer segment
• Define and implement initiatives to grow revenue from existing products and expand the customer base
• Lead new product development discovery by researching market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
• Shape product strategies, user experience goals, and roadmaps while driving business-case evaluations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support silicon verification, validation, and market introduction
• Coordinate the development of EVKs, reference designs, application notes, and marketing collateral
• Partner with sales, technical, and operations stakeholders to support design-win activities and pricing strategies
• Build strong relationships with leading customers, ecosystem partners, and industry decision-makers

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Line Management, Product Definition, or Product Marketing
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MBA is a plus)
• Background in audio-related hardware and software technologies
• Experience in consumer and portable electronics markets and component ecosystems
• Expertise in pricing strategy and negotiation for high-value commercial engagements
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and working with sales and distribution partners
• Ability to travel globally approximately 20-25%
