Staff Engineer, Product Engineering (Mfg.)

Responsibilities

• Lead yield enhancement initiatives for analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit products
• Identify and quantify yield detractors by analyzing failure modes, defect density, and process trends
• Perform hold lots management and dispositions
• Drive timely problem resolution through cross-functional collaboration with fab, test, design, and quality teams
• Support the analysis and disposition of fabrication-related excursions, evaluations, and qualifications
• Enable fab transfer resiliency by driving equivalency, risk reduction, and continuous quality improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field
• At least five years of experience in semiconductor yield, product, process, or failure analysis engineering
• Proficiency in data analysis and yield-monitoring tools such as JMP, Exensio, and KLA ACE
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to drive projects independently
