About the role
Responsibilities
- Define, develop, execute, and automate NAND flash memory reliability testing
- Analyze and report data following predefined test flows
- Push the performance and reliability envelope of flash memory for high-density storage applications
- Perform failure and root cause analysis using semiconductor device physics knowledge
- Collaborate with Memory Reliability, Product Development, Product Engineering, and Test Engineering groups
- Ensure timely product device support, memory qualification, and BiCS volume production ramp
Requirements
- MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field
- B.Tech with 5+ years of work experience or M.Tech with 3+ years of work experience
- Proficiency in C programming
- Experience with scripting in Python or Shell
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in flash memory testing
