Staff Engineer, Photo DRAM

Responsibilities

• Lead EUV lithography process development and sustainment for advanced technology nodes
• Innovate new design, layout, and photolithography techniques for future memory devices
• Perform root-cause analysis for CDU, overlay, stochastic, and defectivity issues
• Develop and optimize process windows, scanner jobs, and metrology strategies
• Partner with cross-functional teams including equipment, metrology, materials, and etch
• Collaborate with external suppliers to evaluate and qualify new technologies
• Use data-driven methods to analyze large datasets and implement process improvements

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemical Engineering with 5+ years of experience, OR an MS/PhD in a related field with 3+ years of experience
• Proven experience in semiconductor lithography process engineering
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex process problems using structured, data-driven approaches
• Strong communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep EUV knowledge including CDU/overlay modeling or stochastic optimization
• Familiarity with data analysis and ML tools such as Python, JMP, or Excel
• Experience collaborating with external research institutes or equipment/material suppliers
• Ability to remain resilient and adaptable in a dynamic manufacturing environment
