Staff Engineer, Industrial Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead productivity improvement and cost-saving projects including cycle time and MMR improvement
• Perform capacity planning and analysis to maximize plant utilization
• Maintain IE databases and lead IE-related system projects
• Conduct time studies and data analysis using Lean concepts
• Define production layouts to ensure efficiency and ergonomics
• Coordinate tool relocation and re-layout activities
• Plan resources for DL and IDL based on production volume
• Analyze material and process flows to improve line balancing
• Validate automation performance and capability
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Process, and Automation teams to achieve KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 3-7 years of working experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other analysis tools
• Familiarity with AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma
