Responsibilities

• Lead the development of end-to-end features and architect AI insight surfacing
• Take full accountability for features from discovery through deployment and monitoring
• Design scalable, robust, and intuitive platform architecture
• Act as a technical leader making strategic and tactical technology decisions
• Mentor engineers and champion clean, pragmatic architecture
• Move seamlessly between responsive interfaces and complex backend systems

Requirements

• Proven experience at Staff or Senior engineering level
• Track record of operating SaaS solutions at scale
• Deep full-stack experience building and scaling modern web applications
• Ability to own initiatives end-to-end and provide technical mentorship
• Pragmatic approach to architecture and intentional trade-offs
• Strong product mindset focused on business impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Svelte or Python
• Proficiency in React, Vue, Node, or Go
