Staff Engineer - Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend microservices and extensible REST APIs
• Design and maintain intuitive, modular frontend application layers
• Own the entire software development lifecycle from data modeling to production support
• Write clean, modular, and testable code optimized for performance and complexity
• Ensure high availability, multi-tenant fault tolerance, and security compliance
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX designers, and SREs
• Troubleshoot complex full-stack performance bottlenecks in production
• Mentor engineers and drive OOPS and SOLID design principles

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience
• Expert-level grasp of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and Object-Oriented Design
• Proven capability in System Design (HLD & LLD) for scalable multi-tenant systems
• Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, caching, microservices, and distributed queuing
• Strong understanding of frontend engineering, state management, and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, DevOps tooling, and AWS or GCP
• Experience using generative AI tools to improve coding efficiency
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
