About the role
Responsibilities
- System Design & Firmware feature development for enterprise SSD products
- Utilize knowledge of NAND operation/test modes to boost performance, endurance, and power
- Perform system/component level testing & validation on test platforms
- Contribute to integration efforts with cross-functional teams
- Support component and drive-level Failure Analysis (FA) efforts
- Review product specifications and provide cost/performance competitive NAND memory solutions
Requirements
- BS in Electrical or Computer engineering (Masters/PhDs preferred)
- 5+ years of experience for BS or 2+ years for Masters/PhDs in 3D NAND device/design, SSD testing, or NAND/SSD Failure Analysis
- Proficiency in Python or C++
- Experience with Bash scripting
Preferred Qualifications
- NAND device/design experience
- Knowledge of hardware design and validation
