Staff Engineer - Civil (Site Development)

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced engineering techniques and analyses to solve complex site development problems.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables, including research, material selection recommendations, and detailed calculations.
• Manage assigned project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and direction to junior engineering staff and production teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external team members to ensure project success on moderately complex projects.
• Assist in identifying client interests and developing approaches to meet their specific needs.
• Ensure compliance with company quality programs, engineering codes, and design standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related professional work experience in civil engineering or site development.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, including background checks and drug screens.
