Staff Engineer - Civil

Responsibilities

• Lead complex civil engineering design tasks for industrial water and wastewater facilities, including site layouts, grading, and pump stations.
• Develop and validate engineering calculations, drawings, technical memoranda, and Basis of Design Reports (BODR).
• Function as a technical discipline lead, providing guidance and oversight to engineers and CAD technicians.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary global teams (process, mechanical, electrical, structural) to deliver integrated facility designs.
• Execute project work for international clients in accordance with global delivery and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and incorporate health and safety principles into all designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in civil engineering.
• Experience in industrial water and wastewater infrastructure design.
• Experience working within global delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10–18+ years of relevant experience in industrial water and wastewater infrastructure design.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects such as desalination, ZLD, or reuse systems for US or international clients.
• Professional registration (PE, CEng, or equivalent).
