About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop ATE test packages for wafer probe, final test production, and product characterization for leading AI power management products
  • Document test requirements, test concepts, and create comprehensive test plans and methods
  • Partner with design and concept engineers to incorporate Design for Test (DfT) features into new products
  • Participate in firmware development for test, embedded test, and data processing, including implementing built-in self-test (BIST) features
  • Develop test hardware using EDA tools and existing libraries for PCB templates and component symbols
  • Create test programs, convert ATPG test patterns, and integrate with test equipment and hardware
  • Debug and validate test solutions on ATE platforms
  • Document and release test packages to volume production and support silicon characterization and qualification
  • Improve existing test solutions to reduce costs and enhance quality through method improvements and platform transfers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Physics, or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience developing production test solutions for mixed-signal ICs or modules using ATE
  • Strong understanding of electronic engineering principles, including analog and digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity
  • Experience designing PCBs using schematic capture tools such as Cadence Allegro
  • Proficiency in programming languages including C/C++, Java, Vbasic, LabVIEW, or scripting languages
  • Hands-on experience with ATE systems such as Advantest V93K, Teradyne J750, or ETS
  • Experience making bench electrical measurements using signal generators, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers
  • Ability to perform bench test automation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of digital and analog IC design environments, pattern generation, and verification
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
