Staff Engineer, ASIC Verification

Responsibilities

• Develop verification test plans based on design specifications
• Create and execute test cases across RTL simulation, FPGA prototyping, and Palladium emulation
• Implement verification test structures (DFx Verification)
• Perform Gate-Level Simulations (GLS) and debug complex SoC designs
• Collaborate with design, architecture, and firmware teams to define verification strategies
• Contribute to the development of advanced verification environments using UVM and PSS testbenches
• Analyze functional coverage and simulation results to enhance efficiency
• Generate functional patterns required for Wafer Sorting

Requirements

• BE or MS degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering
• 4-8 years of experience in SoC verification
• Deep understanding of C, SystemVerilog, UVM, and coverage-driven verification methodology
• Experience verifying processor-based SoCs (ARM, RISC-V, or ARC)
• Experience in DFX Verification and generating functional patterns for Post-Silicon testing
• Proficiency with Verilog and bus protocols such as AXI, AHB, and APB
• Knowledge of interfaces including PCIe, LPDDR, UART, I2C, I2S, and SPI
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Perl, TCL, or BASH
