Staff Engineer, Analog Design

Responsibilities

• Break down system-level requirements into detailed design specifications
• Architect and design analog/RF signal chains and subsystems
• Perform transistor-level analog circuit design and simulations
• Conduct block-level and system-level modeling and simulations
• Deliver high-performance blocks that meet timing, area, and performance requirements
• Support post-silicon validation and debug processes

Requirements

• BS/BTech/MS/MTech degree in a relevant engineering field
• 7 to 12 years of experience in Analog Design
• Expertise in transistor-level analog design
• Experience with sub-40nm process nodes or High Voltage analog circuit design (BCD/HV processes)
• Proficiency in designing analog blocks such as OPAMPs, ADCs, DACs, LDOs, Bandgaps, or Bias Circuits
• Strong lab evaluation skills and experience with data analysis using C#, Python, or Matlab

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience bringing complex designs from concept to production
• Deep understanding of device-level physics and layout considerations for high-precision or high-speed applications
• Knowledge of RF system aspects including Noise Figure, Phase Noise, IIP3, and Spurious Analysis
• Experience with analog/mixed-signal co-simulations and verification
