Staff Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build core product features end-to-end from idea to production
• Define technical architecture and make system-level decisions
• Take full ownership of project scoping, architecture, implementation, and rollout
• Drive critical initiatives such as SDKs, network, and new product bets
• Ship high-quality, testable code at high speed
• Utilize AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and Copilot for development

Requirements

• Strong experience as a senior or staff-level engineer in product teams
• Strong backend foundation, specifically TypeScript or Node.js
• Proven zero-to-one experience in early-stage startups or founding roles
• Track record of owning and delivering complex projects to production
• Full-stack, mobile, or frontend experience is a strong plus
• Product-minded approach with a focus on impact
• Clear and direct communication skills in English
