Staff Embedded Software Engineer - Infotainment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy the embedded infotainment platform including displays, cameras, graphics, power management, audio, and media
• Drive the software design process and conduct code reviews
• Own the entire software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to quality assurance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Drive consensus across teams through strong leadership and communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of experience developing embedded systems
• Full-cycle system-level software development experience
• Proficiency in C and working knowledge of C++ and Java
• Experience with POSIX-based embedded systems
• Deep understanding of embedded AOSP solutions
• Expertise in areas such as displays, cameras, graphics, power management, audio, or Bluetooth
• Experience with system-level performance, memory management, and IPC design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing advanced build systems and large code repositories
• Prior experience in developing on-vehicle technology
• Experience building solutions with Android Automotive OS
• Experience with low-level interfaces
