Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HV and MV electrical systems including utility feeds, transformers, switchgear, generators, ATS/STS, UPS, PDUs, RPPs, and busway
- Develop, review, and execute MOPs, EOPs, and AOPs for planned and emergency electrical work
- Coordinate third-party contractors and vendors on site
- Monitor EPMS and BMS for electrical performance, alarm response, and capacity tracking
- Maintain accurate as-builts and one-line diagrams after modifications
- Perform design and submittal reviews and support new construction and capacity upgrades
Requirements
- Experience with electrical systems in mission-critical environments
- Hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting the full electrical stack (switchgear, generators, ATS/STS, UPS, PDUs) in a 24/7 environment
- Ability to write and execute high-risk electrical MOPs
- Proficiency in reading one-lines and submittals for design reviews
Preferred Qualifications
- Hyperscale or large data center operations experience
- NETA and NFPA 70E certifications
- Experience with EPMS platforms
- Knowledge of arc-flash and electrical safety programs
