Staff Electrical Hardware Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Create engineering and delivery schedules in collaboration with the Electrical Hardware Design team
• Drive custom module developments involving in-house PCBA designs and mechanical assemblies
• Identify and mitigate programmatic risks to ensure timing targets are met
• Coordinate with vehicle line, software, and electrical teams to drive critical path deliveries
• Lead ECU development and integration through design reviews and pre-production build support
• Coordinate with suppliers and supply chain for timely component and assembly delivery
• Support the release of engineering documentation to support PLM
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and risk registers

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience on a program team or equivalent
• BS+ in Engineering or a similar technical degree
• Detailed knowledge of electronics design, development, validation, and integration processes
• Prior engineering experience in ME, EE, or systems engineering
• Experience working with Contract Manufacturers and vendors for PCBA and mechanical housings
• Proven track record of developing, launching, and sustaining complex products
• Strong communication skills for interacting with executive staff
• Ability to travel as needed to support builds
