Our manufacturing intelligence platform scans materials, revealing critical internal information without damaging them using a novel combination of cold atmospheric plasma, physics-informed machine learning, and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to the electrical design and validation of plasma-based metrology systems
  • Design high-voltage and mixed-signal electronics from concept through schematic capture, layout, bring-up, and testing
  • Collaborate with mechanical, systems, software, and algorithm engineers to develop scalable products
  • Research and evaluate new concepts and architectures for advanced low-temperature plasma instrumentation
  • Work with customers and stakeholders to refine designs based on real-world use and feedback
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including requirements, schematics, and validation plans

Requirements

  • B.S., M.S., or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong experience in high-voltage PCB design (ideally above 5 kV)
  • Full PCB development cycle experience including concept, layout, and manufacturing support
  • Experience with mixed-signal designs combining analog, digital, and high-voltage circuitry
  • Familiarity with DfX practices (DFM/DFT)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in electron optics, electron beam systems, or plasma systems
  • Familiarity with CE, UL, or other regulatory compliance frameworks
  • Experience with high-precision industrial systems in metrology or automation
  • Exposure to metrology sensors or instrumentation for advanced materials
