Staff Electrical Engineer

About the Company

Mytra is creating an entirely new way to solve the most ubiquitous problem in industry - moving and storing material. We’re applying robotics and distributed software to create a new class of product for the $1T supply chain market.

Responsibilities

• Define electrical architecture strategy and own critical technology decisions across the product portfolio
• Architect electrical systems from concept through production, including power, motor control, and sensing
• Lead flagship product development and manage technical tradeoffs across performance, reliability, and cost
• Build and iterate on PCBs including schematic capture, layout, and manufacturing release
• Mentor senior engineers and help build the engineering culture and team

Requirements

• BS + 8 years of hands-on hardware experience with demonstrated system ownership
• Expert-level knowledge in electrical engineering domains such as actuation, sensors, or power management
• Proficiency in PCB design, schematic capture, and layout (Altium preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with robotics, mobile platforms, or autonomous systems
• Sensor integration experience (cameras, LiDAR, IMU)
• High-reliability or functional safety design experience (ISO 26262, IEC 61508)
