Staff EE Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead schematic circuit design and perform PCB layout reviews
• Demonstrate expertise in ARM-based CPU chip design
• Perform Linux embedded board bring-up and debugging
• Design DC/DC converters and LDO circuits
• Conduct signal integrity and power integrity measurements and verification
• Assist in RFI and RFQ activities by contributing technical expertise and insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in consumer PC, industrial PC, laptops, RISC architecture, or networking-related products
• Strong knowledge of communication protocols including I2C, UART, SPI, and RS485
• Familiarity with Modbus, Ethernet, PoE, and eMMC technologies
• Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience acting in a staff or senior role to develop shelf controller modules within OCP ORV3 21" or 19" racks
• Experience specifically for monitoring and controlling power and BBU shelves in data center environments
