Staff Domain Expert, AI in GTM

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and capture of GTM-domain AI agent and app concepts through customer engagement and research
• Author PRDs for GTM AI agents and apps from concept to production deployment
• Run targeted AI workshops with top GTM accounts to accelerate agent adoption
• Partner with internal teams to bring customer learnings back to the business
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to position GTM AI use cases in the enterprise
• Develop GTM-specific AI thought leadership, POVs, and customer stories
• Work with Field Readiness to build messaging and enablement for GTM AI personas

Requirements

• 7+ years in a customer-facing or domain specialist role with a GTM focus (RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or solutions consulting)
• Deep understanding of GTM technology, workflows, and personas (CRO, VP RevOps, VP Sales, etc.)
• Experience scoping and delivering automation or AI solutions in GTM environments
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, Marketo, 6sense, or Clay
• Experience with AI tools, LLMs, or agentic workflow platforms
• Ability to translate business problems into structured product requirements (PRD authorship)
• Proven track record influencing revenue through quota-carrying, pipeline generation, or expansion
• Located in North America with flexibility to travel
