Staff DevSecOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable software delivery at scale.
• Architect and maintain secure, resilient infrastructure using Kubernetes and containerization best practices.
• Drive the adoption of infrastructure as code (IaC) and automated testing frameworks to accelerate deployment velocity.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering, product, and security teams to deliver platform improvements aligned to the company roadmap.
• Serve as a technical lead and mentor, setting engineering standards for junior and mid-level engineers.
• Embed security controls throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and PCI-DSS.
• Champion AI-assisted development practices and agentic workflows to modernize engineering processes.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure across both Azure and AWS.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and container orchestration within production environments.
• Demonstrated experience navigating regulated compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, and PCI-DSS.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tooling and experience operating agentic workflows.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills with a track record of raising engineering quality across teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical direction in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
