Staff DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Set the direction for the software-factory roadmap and architecture decisions
• Embed scanning and policy enforcement into every pipeline stage
• Operate the release train, versioning, and environment promotion
• Automate dependency updates and generate SBOMs
• Build and improve the internal developer platform for self-service capabilities
• Engineer and test production-grade Infrastructure as Code modules
• Run vulnerability scanning and drive findings to closure
• Build and operate agentic workflows for pipeline triage and support
• Mentor engineers and align Architecture, SRE, and Product teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of production engineering experience
• Hands-on experience building and operating CI/CD pipeline platforms at scale
• Experience embedding security into pipelines as a practitioner
• Experience authoring and testing Infrastructure-as-Code modules
• Demonstrated ownership of release, dependency, or vulnerability management
• Fluency in scripting and automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Depth in supply-chain security (signing, SBOMs, provenance, SLSA)
• Experience with internal developer platform or self-service design
• Experience with release-gate or release-train ownership
• Experience with agentic delivery automation and AI/LLM security
