Staff Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for Supply Chain Planning including demand, product, and capacity planning
• Develop multi-agent and generative AI-powered systems using LLMs and frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI
• Prototype intelligent assistants to automate tasks and generate data-driven recommendations
• Implement autonomous agentic workflows integrating insights across enterprise systems like SAP and Blue Yonder
• Build and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines using Python, SQL, Spark, and AWS
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for deployment of multi-agent applications
• Apply MLOps best practices including CI/CD, model versioning, and monitoring
• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to prioritize automation use cases

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• 5–7 years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment
• Experience in supply chain or manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated success in designing and deploying LLM or agent-based systems
• Expertise in Python, SQL, Spark, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and Agentic AI frameworks (AutoGen, CrewAI)
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow, and GitHub
• Familiarity with AWS services and observability tools like Grafana and CloudWatch
• Strong understanding of supply chain systems (SAP, BY ESP, MES)
