Staff Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Improve the route optimization process to provide the best solutions
• Collaborate with Product teams to balance logistics KPIs
• Develop and innovate the route optimizer, prioritizing disruptive improvements and analyzing potential KPI impact
• Contribute to delivery tracking and routing to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the backend engineering team to develop scalable and secure solutions following best practices

Requirements

• Experience in operational research and applied mathematics
• High level of programming skills in Rust, SQL, Python, and PySpark
• Experience in logistics or route and delivery management
• Experience with high-scale and real-time data processing
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Ability to read and interpret scientific papers and propose applicable solutions
• Experience with optimization algorithms and data analysis
• Advanced English for collaboration with teams in France
