Staff Data Science Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and definition of high-impact AI/ML problem spaces related to player value
• Drive alignment across squads to ensure coordinated execution and avoid duplication
• Identify opportunities to scale solutions and standardize approaches across analytics and forecasting
• Lead product thinking across the end-to-end ML lifecycle from evaluation to deployment
• Own prioritization across multiple squads, balancing business impact and technical feasibility
• Partner with Data Science leaders to ensure statistical rigor in experimentation and modeling
• Drive adoption of experimentation and value-based analytical techniques across business functions
• Define success criteria for ML products including reliability, interpretability, and business impact
• Mentor and support other Analytics Experimentation & Product Leads

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 6+ years in digital product management
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with data science and engineering teams
• Strong understanding of data science workflows, including experimentation and modeling
• Demonstrated ability to operate in highly ambiguous environments
• Experience in Agile product management methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to evaluate tradeoffs in scaling AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar data tools
• Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, or incrementality
• Experience with CLV/LTV modelling and forecasting
• Experience identifying opportunities for platform development and scaling analytics capabilities
