Staff Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own marketing attribution and measurement frameworks across growth channels
• Design, execute, and analyze incrementality tests and experimentation programs
• Build and maintain performance reporting for growth marketing and leadership
• Develop automated monitoring systems for data quality and reporting accuracy
• Create scalable analytics tools to accelerate decision-making
• Partner with marketing leadership to provide actionable budget recommendations
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities and business drivers
• Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques to improve marketing efficiency
• Support advanced measurement initiatives like marketing mix modeling (MMM)
• Partner cross-functionally with Data, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Math, Stats, CS, etc.)
• 5–7 years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative business roles
• Experience in growth marketing, ecommerce, or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with attribution models and incrementality frameworks
• Advanced SQL skills
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
• Familiarity with advertising platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Strong understanding of experimentation design and causal inference
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
