Staff Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and own the analytical framework used by leadership to evaluate B2B trade-offs
• Define long-term measurement frameworks to identify structural growth levers
• Lead retention and cohort analyses to provide pricing, product, or lifecycle recommendations
• Own impact modeling and scenario analysis for major B2B product initiatives
• Manage metric definitions and governance to maintain a single source of truth
• Design experimentation agendas and run analysis to determine initiative success
• Partner with Directors and VPs to shape B2B strategy and mentor senior analysts

Requirements

• Proven track record of influencing business decisions through analysis
• Experience owning strategic frameworks and resolving metric definition conflicts
• Deep understanding of subscription or marketplace economics (LTV, cohort models)
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python
• Ability to provide strategic pushback to stakeholders on analytical requests
• Experience building forecast or scenario models for executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise, or account-based business models
• Experience building or scaling an analytics function
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field
