Responsibilities

• Build and own the analytical framework used by leadership to evaluate B2B trade-offs and long-term growth levers
• Lead retention and cohort analyses to provide concrete pricing, product, or lifecycle recommendations
• Own impact modeling and scenario analysis for major B2B product initiatives to support quarterly and annual planning
• Manage metric definitions and governance for B2B to maintain a single source of truth
• Design the experimentation and analytics agenda, including success measurement and impact analysis
• Partner with Directors and VPs across product, ops, and engineering to shape B2B strategy and mentor senior analysts

Requirements

• Proven track record of influencing specific business decisions through data analysis
• Experience owning strategic metrics or frameworks and resolving cross-team definition conflicts
• Deep understanding of subscription or marketplace economics, including building LTV or cohort models
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python
• Ability to provide strategic pushback to stakeholders when necessary
• Experience building forecast or scenario models for executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise, or account-based business models
• Experience building or scaling an analytics function
• Proficiency with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field
