Responsibilities

• Own executive and board-level reporting, including business reviews, KPI dashboards, and recurring performance summaries
• Monitor business performance daily and proactively surface trends, anomalies, and risks
• Run deep-dive analyses on user behavior, trading activity, market performance, and revenue drivers
• Evaluate the impact of product launches, pricing changes, marketing campaigns, and liquidity programs
• Build forecasting models and scenario analyses to support planning cycles and investment decisions
• Partner with Product, Finance, Growth, and Engineering to align on metric definitions and priorities
• Improve reporting systems and processes to reduce manual work and automate insights

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Proven track record of working directly with senior stakeholders
• Strong SQL skills for handling raw, complex data
• Experience owning business-wide reporting and KPI frameworks
• Solid understanding of core business fundamentals like acquisition, retention, and monetization
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely to executives
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in crypto, fintech, prediction markets, or other data-intensive financial products
