Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot BMS/BAS controllers, EPMS, PLCs, field devices, sensors, and control panels
• Diagnose control faults using front-end software and field tools like multimeters and loop calibrators
• Navigate and configure BMS platforms including Ignition, Metasys, Niagara, and EcoStruxure
• Support PLC and HMI troubleshooting, PID loop tuning, and sequence development
• Contribute to commissioning, deployments, system integration, and documentation

Requirements

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting BMS, EPMS, and equipment-level control faults
• Proficiency with at least one major BMS platform (Ignition, Metasys, Niagara, or EcoStruxure)
• Ability to read and write to a Sequence of Operations
• Strong documentation skills for maintaining accurate as-builts in critical environments

Preferred Qualifications

• PLC and HMI programming (Rockwell, Siemens)
• Experience with data center or critical-facilities controls
• Knowledge of BACnet/Modbus protocols
• NETA or commissioning exposure
