Staff Consultant

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business requirements and map business processes to NetSuite software
• Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements for system design and execution
• Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support requirements gathering
• Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions alongside Senior and Principal Consultants
• Collaborate with in-house development teams to implement custom solutions
• Contribute to internal initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing education

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
• Hands-on Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation experience with 3-5 end-to-end engagements
• Experience conducting business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions
• SuiteFoundations Certification
• Active pursuit of ERP NetSuite Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to develop NetSuite product skills in all areas
• Ability to lead project components with support from senior staff
