Staff CMP FEOL Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical representative for the manufacturing module unit part, providing direction and acting as a business liaison.
• Supervise, lead, and mentor a team of 5-12 engineers or individual technical contributors.
• Monitor key production indicators to ensure the unit part meets or exceeds manufacturing targets.
• Manage project priorities relevant to the current business situation and adjust them as needed.
• Lead multi-departmental teams to solve complex technical problems.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet strategic factory goals.
• Communicate unit part challenges to secure necessary fiscal, technical, and operational support.

Requirements

• B.S. in electrical, chemical, mechanical, or material science engineering, chemistry, or physics.
• Minimum of 3 years of semiconductor fabrication process engineering experience.
• Ability to work onsite at our Austin, TX facility.
