Staff Circuit Verification Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products
• Write constraints and manage timing closure for core die Static Timing Analysis (STA)
• Perform circuit simulations using SPICE simulators, including DC and transient analysis
• Conduct gate-level simulations with SDF back annotation and debug annotation issues
• Execute netlist simulations using Verilog MOS switch-level models
• Debug gate-level simulation failures and perform root cause analysis at the circuit level
• Utilize System Verilog Assertions to specify expected design behavior
• Collaborate with global design and verification teams, including Product Engineering, Test, and Process Integration

Requirements

• BE or MTECH degree in a relevant engineering field
• 5+ years of professional experience in circuit verification or design
• Hands-on experience with SPICE simulators, DC analysis, and transient analysis
• Proficiency in Verilog MOS switch-level models and netlist simulation
• Experience with Static Timing Analysis (STA) and Gate-level simulations with SDF back annotation
• Knowledge of System Verilog Assertions (SVA)
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to design peers

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with UVM (Universal Verification Methodology)
• Experience with latch-based designs and their specific timing requirements
• Experience with circuit characterization and timing library formats/arcs
