Responsibilities

• Establish a robust qualification process for electrolyte of products in partnership with vendors
• Develop a strategy for maintaining and evaluating electrolyte specs to ensure lifetime performance
• Design and execute experiments to refine electrolyte product integration and maintenance
• Characterize cells and individual components using solution-based or materials characterization techniques
• Define decommission and passivation processes across different scales

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of industrial experience in product and process development
• Direct experience in experimental design, hypothesis testing, and result interpretation
• Experience with aqueous electro-chemistry and related characterization techniques
• Ability to perform and interpret data from analytical techniques such as cyclic voltammetry, UV-Vis, and titrations
• Safety-first mindset
