Staff Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deliver scalable system solutions by translating complex legal requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and technical designs
• Lead system configuration, process integration, and continuous improvement for CLM and GTS workflows
• Analyze and document business processes to recommend improvements and maintain the global work backlog
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria while working with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Take ownership of production issues, conducting root cause analysis and ensuring timely resolution
• Collaborate cross-functionally within IT and the business to support Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in IT or a technical/business analysis environment
• Strong core business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
• Proven experience with CLM systems (e.g., Ironclad, Sirion, Conga)
• Proven experience with SAP Global Trade Services (GTS)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Agile development environments
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with Legal and Risk solutions related to matter & IP management, compliance, or Legal & Risk AI
• Experience with LRO systems, .Net, XML, or SQL
