Staff Business Planning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand planning, revenue forecasting, and capacity planning to support the AI infrastructure market.
• Own monthly revenue forecasts by accounting for demand, supply, projected orders, and financial adjustments.
• Support strategic planning for Annual, Mid-Term, and Long-Term Operating Plans (AOP/MTP/LTP).
• Resolve supply escalations and manage product allocations in coordination with Sales, Manufacturing, and Customer Service.
• Conduct weekly backlog-versus-shipment reviews to proactively identify supply gaps or constraints.
• Manage inventory levels, including channel inventory weeks and excess/obsolete inventory, in alignment with corporate guidance.
• Provide data-driven insights and prepare monthly product line status updates for senior leadership.

Requirements

• BS Degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of business experience within the semiconductor industry, specifically in supply chain planning and forecasting.
• Proven track record of managing complex forecasting through OEM, CM, and Distributor channels.
• Advanced/expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and influencing skills to navigate complex working relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cloud Provider or Server Market planning.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
