Responsibilities

• Architect core pieces of the voice AI and automation platform for reliability and scalability
• Drive engineering excellence by raising technical standards and contributing to code reviews
• Solve complex technical problems including audio pipeline latency optimization and AI performance evaluation
• Build robust analytics solutions and flexible integration tools for customer systems

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong engineering fundamentals
• Ability to thrive in an autonomous environment
